    Pay Scale is the system which measures and determines that how much an employee is to be paid as wage or salary which is commonly based on department, rank, and department. Normally the Government sector of Pakistan is following SPS and BPS pay scale systems. Both are quite different from each other.     BPS stands for Basic Pay Scale.
