    Oath commissioner:

    An oath commissioner is that person who is appointed by CHIEF JUSTICE of the country who is legally authorized to verify affidavits   (that statement. He is also legally certified to endorse affirmations, declarations of any person according to law. Before attesting any affidavit he would make sure that evidence in question form (the draft affidavit). Oath commissioners are working at law and real estate offices.

    Notary public or Public Notary or Notary:

    The person who is authorized to perform certain legal procedures, like to formulate, draw up or certify certain contracts, deeds, affidavits and other documents for use in other command or jurisdiction. According to the law, this public officer constituted, for the purpose to serve the public combative matters that are associated with estates, deeds, national and international business and other matters.

    The main function of a notary public are to administer oath and give affirmations, attest legal documents partnership deeds, marriage certificates, divorce certificate , special power of attorney, acknowledge different deeds, take notices and prepare protest on different issues like fire accidents, marine protest etc and perform other official acts depending on their domain. The term notary public refers to common law notaries. Notary public is the lawyer or judges who can witness, attest or certify different documents, contracts and property deeds. All practicing lawyers are a notary public. He can also endorse documents to be used within or outside the province.
